Just received my used shearling stroller this morning. I actually called you right after I placed my order. The coat was so inexpensive that I was concerned that it wouldn’t look good. I was going to ask you about it. However, I thought about how much I like the pre-owned mink jacket that I purchased from you last year, and decided you wouldn’t sell a poor quality coat. I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know that after wearing my coat all winter I took it for storage and cleaning and to have the monogram changed. I brought it to a local family owned furrier operating in the area since 1903. They were very impressed with my coat. They said it was in good condition, well cared for and worth more than I paid. They then went on to say that they constantly see people who get ‘taken’ on the internet and end up with furs that are absolute junk. I want to thank you for your service and integrity. I treasure my coat and I hope the previous owner (Aunt Kitty, as I refer to her) is smiling down on me and seeing that her coat is worn with pride to the East Haven Mayors Office.
